MSoft & Labcold form exciting new development partnership September 2011 has seen the formation of a development partnership which will introduce new technically advanced products to the blood management market; more specifically the remote issue management market. MSoft, the leading blood tracking system developer has this week signed an agreement with Labcold, the leading specialist manufacturer and supplier of medical and laboratory refrigerators and freezers in the UK to combine their expertise to deliver truly unique products to the blood management market. Already there are two new products soon to be launched. The latest in individual drawer remote issue technology will see the combination of the multi-drawer Labcold fridge, Intelli-9, combined with the class leading integrated BloodHound kiosk to form the BloodHound-9 Multi-drawer Remote Issue Blood Access System The BloodHound-9 boasts 9 individual draws which are individually access controlled and stock controlled by the BloodHound system. BloodHound-9 is powered by the Labcold class leading refrigeration system to maintain the cold chain in each individual draw. BloodHound-9 is a complete Remote Issue system in a box. Next to be launched is the Community Hospital Remote Blood Management System, BloodHound-C, which combines the Labcold small refrigeration technology with the MSoft BloodHound system, allowing controlled access via the BloodHound kiosk or PDA interface. BloodHound-C is ideal for the growing remote issue community hospital market, where the highest quality in blood access control and refrigeration is demanded but at a reasonable cost. |
